I have been playing kitpvp lately and I have a suspicion that some players (Not calling any names) may possibly have a macro, auto-clicker. I researched a bit about it and found a plugin that has a auto-clicker detector and some other cool features to it http://www.curse.com/bukkit-plugins/minecraft/swornguard. My personal favorite though is this one http://www.spigotmc.org/resources/auto-clicker-detection.1708/ this plugin notifies you when a player has 100 cps, but if a player for example has 1-15 cps there most likely a fair gamer, it costs some money.
